E-Biz Insider Free Shipping on Certain Dollar Amount
Another popular way to entice customers to add more to their shopping carts is a free shipping offer at a set dollar amount. Setting a threshold just slightly over your current average order size will help push people over that limit, thus increasing the size of orders. For example, if you see that most orders are coming in at around $40-ish, set the free shipping at $50.
Zvi Dubin, Co-Owner and CTO in charge of marketing, development and JewelBasket.com’s web presence, said that when he implemented free shipping along with Yahoo!’s Cross Sell, average order size soared.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through JewelBasket.com, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days from the invoice date. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping, handling and gift wrapping if applicable. If your order included the free shipping option, your refund will be $6.95 less than the total order if returned. All Mother's Rings and Pendants, Personalized Jewelry and Engraved Items are made to order, and are a final sale. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have a 15 day return policy. Note: rings marked as final sale once sized are non-returnable and considered a final sale. JewelBasket can resize final sale rings to a different size, but cannot take these final sale rings back.
To return any jewelry item, email us at customerservice@jewelbasket.com for a return authorization number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. JewelBasket.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.

Product Warranty
Jewelry purchased from JewelBasket.com is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item breaks or fails within a one year period, JewelBasket.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 will be charged to the customer.

Once an order is placed, you are e-mailed a confirmation. When we ship the item or items, your credit card is billed. You will only be billed for items shipped. Backordered items are not charged until they to are shipped.

Lost Package Policy
On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, either by United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. JewelBasket.com, LLC. will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible. However we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by anther person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that JewelBasket.com LLC. has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our offices.
30 Day Ring Size Exchange Policy
JewelBasket.com will exchange a ring size for a different ring size of the same style at no cost for the first exchange, there will be a $6.25 shipping and handling charge to the credit card you used for your order. If subsequent exchanges are required, an extra refurbishing charge of 15% will be added, and charged to the original credit card. The ring size exchange policy is only valid for 30 days past invoice date. Note: This does not apply to FINAL SALE Items.
