Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through JewelBasket.com, contact us for a return authorization. The item must be received back by JewelBasket, within 30 days from the original shipping date. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping, handling and gift wrapping. Your refund will be $11.95 less than the total order. All Mother's Rings and Pendants, Personalized Jewelry and Engraved Items are made to order, and are a final sale. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have a 15 day return policy.

To return any jewelry item, email us at customerservice@jewelbasket.com. or call us at 1-800-692-1644, for a return authorization #. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. JewelBasket.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.

Note: All Items must be returned in refurbishable condition. Exchanges will be credited for the full value of the returned item.

Note: Due to the manufacturing processes Gold weight and Stone weights may vary by up to 5-10%, above or below, the advertised size and weight.

Jewelry purchased from JewelBasket.com is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item breaks or fails within a one year period, JewelBasket.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 will be charged to the customer.

Lost Package Policy

On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, either by United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. JewelBasket.com, LLC. will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible. However we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by anther person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that JewelBasket.com LLC. has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our offices.

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders must be done via a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We may need to verify your order before shipping, so allow an additional 48 hours. Overseas orders ship via UPS Expidited Worldwide for safety and speed.
