30 Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through JewelBasket.com, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days from the invoice date. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping, handling and gift wrapping if applicable. All Mother's Rings and Pendants, Personalized Jewelry and Engraved Items are made to order, and are a final sale. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have a 15 day return policy.
To return any jewelry item, email us at customerservice@jewelbasket.com. or call us at 1-866-815-3935 for a return authorization number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. JewelBasket.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.
Note: All Items must be returned in refurbishable condition.
Note: Due to the manufacturing processes Gold weight and Stone weights may vary by up to 5-10%, above or below, the advertised size and weight.
